释义	公司被收购，原来的劳动合同应该继续履行，如果不履行的，公司就得支付给该员工一定的经济补偿。用人单位发生合并或者分立等情况，原劳动合同继续有效，劳动合同由承继其权利和义务的用人单位继续履行。原劳动合同不继续履行的，应当支付经济补偿金，经济补偿金是按照工作年限进行支付，每满一年算一个月，不满6个月的算半个月，计算基数为按离职前十二个月的平均工资进行计算。劳动者非因本人原因从原用人单位被安排到新用人单位工作的，劳动者在原用人单位的工作年限合并计算为新用人单位的工作年限。
