借钱中间人有法律责任吗？

中间人这个概念并不准确，可能是介绍人、见证人、担保人。这里说的中间人应该是担保人，如果是见证人一般不承担责任。介绍人只要介绍各方的身份信息是真实的，没有恶意串通，也不承担责任。担保人是要承担责任的。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第六百八十一条 保证合同是为保障债权的实现，保证人和债权人约定；当债务人不履行到期债务或者发生当事人约定的情形时，保证人履行债务或者承担责任的合同。
