老婆打老公属于家暴。家暴是指发生在家庭成员之间的，以殴打、捆绑、禁闭、残害或者其它手段对家庭成员从身体、心理、性等方面进行伤害和摧残的行为。父母对子女或者对自己的亲兄弟姐妹施暴也是家庭暴力。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十二条 禁止包办、买卖婚姻和其他干涉婚姻自由的行为。禁止借婚姻索取财物。
禁止重婚。禁止有配偶者与他人同居。
禁止家庭暴力。禁止家庭成员间的虐待和遗弃。
