释义	法律分析：新型冠状病毒疫情不属于不可抗力中的自然灾害。本次“新冠疫情”迅速爆发，具有突发性，一般公众无法预见，且疫情爆发至今尚无有效治愈方法，一般公众亦不能避免。可以看出，“新冠疫情”已符合不可抗力认定原则的两项，但在“不能克服”方面存在不确定性。所以不属于自然灾害，但可以属于不可抗力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十条因不可抗力不能履行民事义务的，不承担民事责任。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。不可抗力是不能预见、不能避免且不能克服的客观情况。
