释义	股权质押违约处置的条件是：1.股东向作为债权人的同一公司中的其他股东以股权设质，不受限制;2.股东向同一公司股东以外的债权人以股权设质，必须经其他股东过半数同意，而且该同意必须以书面形式即股东会议决议的形式作成;3.在第2情形中，如果过半数的股东不同意，又不购买该出质的股权，则视为同意出质。根据《担保法》的规定，以依法可以转让的股票出质的，出质人与质权人应当订立书面合同，并向证券登记机构办理出质登记。
