释义	法律分析: 公务员一般不能查出社保挂靠。由于挂靠人与挂靠公司不存在事实劳动关系，一旦查实，不但无法办理社会保险待遇领取手续，而且通过挂靠参保的缴费年限将不被承认，缴纳的社会保险费将予以清退。《中华人民共和国公务员法》第三十五条公务员的考核应当按照管理权限，全面考核公务员的德、能、勤、绩、廉，重点考核政治素质和工作实绩。考核指标根据不同职位类别、不同层级机关分别设置。
