待岗社保个人部分由谁缴纳 |

待岗社保个人部分由由单位承担。公司接受员工“待岗”申请，且待岗期间双方均未提出解除劳动合同意思表示的，双方的劳动关系依然存续。由于员工未提供劳动，公司可以不支付工资，但应当为其缴纳社保，且不得随意解除劳动合同。
社保缴纳流程如下：
1、到社保机构个人缴费窗口领取并填写《社会保险个人缴费申报表》和《委托银行代收社会保险费合同书》；
2、持《委托银行代收社会保险费合同书》到开户银行加盖公章；
3、持参保需提供的资料、《社会保险个人缴费申报表》和《委托银行代收社会保险费合同书》到户籍所在区的社保机构个人缴费窗口办理参保手续；
4、需办理《劳动保障卡》的，必须本人前来办理，并提供身份证复印件（验原件）以及市公安机关认可的第二代身份证联网相馆的数码照回执。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第三条
社会保险制度坚持广覆盖、保基本、多层次、可持续的方针，社会保险水平应当与经济社会发展水平相适应。
第四条
中华人民共和国境内的用人单位和个人依法缴纳社会保险费，有权查询缴费记录、个人权益记录，要求社会保险经办机构提供社会保险咨询等相关服务。
个人依法享受社会保险待遇，有权监督本单位为其缴费情况。
