重签合同如何处置之前的合同呢？
释义
重新签合同旧合同可以销毁处理。在第二份合同签订后，两份合同中约定不一致的地方，视为对第一份合同的修改，以第二份书面合同为准，前一份合同中的约定自然无效。约定前一合同废止，在第二份合同中特别订立一项条款，明确约定在本合同生效后，原合同即废止。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第五百四十四条 当事人对合同变更的内容约定不明确的，推定为未变更。
