释义	法律分析：欠钱不还超两年应当立即提出诉讼，并要求判决处理，诉讼时效变成三年，欠款超过三年没有追索过的话，就变成自然债务。债权人丧失胜诉权，但法院不会主动审查。如果债务人主张时效抗辩，债权人就会丧失胜诉权。如果债务人不主张时效抗辩，债权人就可以胜诉，债权就能实现。但这时候主动权是在债务人一方，就看其是否主张时效抗辩。稳妥起见，债权人应当让债务人重新在欠条上签字，并注明时间，或者有足够的证据证明向债务人追索欠款的事实。诉讼时效发生中断，诉讼时效重新计算就可以了。
