问题	合同可以约定长期有效么？
释义	合同可以约定终身有效，但是法律约定不能超过一定期限的除外。比如我国民法典规定，租赁合同的最长期限是二十年；土地承包合同根据承包土地的性质不同，合同期限也有相应的限制。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零五条租赁期限不得超过二十年。超过二十年的，超过部分无效。租赁期限届满，当事人可以续订租赁合同；但是，约定的租赁期限自续订之日起不得超过二十年。
