释义	法律分析: 厂里不发工资可以这样做： 1、协商或调解。跟厂里协商，或向劳动纠纷调解委员会申请调解； 2、仲裁。寻求劳动争议仲裁委员会的帮助； 3、起诉。对仲裁裁决不服，可以自收到仲裁裁决书之日起十五日内向法院起诉。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。第九十一条用人单位克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者工资的，由劳动行政部门责令支付劳动者的工资报酬、经济补偿，并可以责令支付赔偿金。
