2023自离不发工资犯不犯法呢？

法律分析:
自离不发工资是违法的也是不合理的行为。如果是因为劳动者的离职给公司造成了一定的损失，公司是可以从劳动者的工资中扣除一定的金额作为赔偿的，但是公司在员工自动离职不发放工资是不合法的。如果单位拒不支付工资的，员工可以向劳动局申请劳动仲裁。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第五十条 工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
