释义	法律分析：自己去注销。凭《居民户口簿》、《公民应征入伍通知书》办理。被征集服现役的公民（含考入军事院校学生），在入伍前凭入伍通知书或县（市、区）人武部提供的《参军人员花名册》办理到户口所在地派出所注销户口，不发《迁移证》。个别没申报注销的，派出所经调查核实确已参军的，必须注销其常住户口。法律依据：《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第十一条被征集服现役的公民，在入伍前，由本人或者户主持应征公民入伍通知书向常住地户口登记机关申报迁出登记，注销户口，不发迁移证件。
