释义	法律分析：家暴的主要表现形式为：殴打、捆绑、残害、强行限制人身自由或者其他手段，这里的“其他手段”主要是针对家庭暴力行为的复杂多样性而言的。家庭暴力的构成要件主要包括行为人实施的家庭暴力给其家庭成员的身体、精神等方面造成一定的伤害后果，达到一定程度的，才可认定为家庭暴力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民典法》第一千零四十二条，禁止包办、买卖婚姻和其他干涉婚姻自由的行为。禁止借婚姻索取财物。禁止重婚。禁止有配偶者与他人同居。禁止家庭暴力。禁止家庭成员间的虐待和遗弃。
