释义	法律分析：转让他人公司债务按照协议的约定进行偿还。如果受让方在转让公司的时候就已经买断了原来的公司的全部的资产及债务,则全部的债务应当由受让方进行承担。如果有转让方对原来的公司的债务事宜有所隐瞒的情况，则由转让方和受让方双方协商之后按照一定的比例共同承担。法律依据：《民法典》第六十七条，法人合并的,其权利和义务由合并后的法人享有和承担。法人分立的，其权利和义务由分立后的法人享有连带债权,承担连带债务,但是债权人和债务人另有约定的除外。
