释义	不会。股东的个人债务不会影响到公司的运作，按照我国法律规定，公司财产的所有人是公司，而不是股东个人。凡不属于其公司的债权债务，任何人都无权随意动用和查封公司的财产。法院唯一能够查封的是那个股东的股权。《中华人民共和国公司法》第三条规定，公司是企业法人，有独立的法人财产，享有法人财产权。公司以其全部财产对公司的债务承担责任。有限责任公司的股东以其认缴的出资额为限对公司承担责任；股份有限公司的股东以其认购的股份为限对公司承担责任。法律依据《中华人民共和国公司法》第三条
