法律主观：

眼睛工伤造成一只失明一般是属于七级的伤残。但具体的也要根据当地所鉴定出来的结果来进行确定，如果当事人对鉴定不服的话，那么就可以在评定书下来的十五日之内再次申请鉴定。

法律客观：

    《劳动能力鉴定职工工伤与职业病致残等级》5.7.2
    凡符合5.7.1或下列条款之一者均为工伤七级。
    26)一眼有或无光感，另眼矫正视力≥0.8；
    27)一眼有或无光感，另一眼各种客观检查正常；
    28)一眼矫正视力≤0.05，另眼矫正视力≥0.6；
    29)一眼矫正视力≤0.1，另跟矫正视力≥0.4。
