释义	1、受限制；借条的诉讼时效是3年，从借条上注明的还款日期的当日起算。超过3年出借人未向人民法院主张权利的，人民法院将不再保护。 2、对没有注明还款日期的借条，出借人可以随时向借款人要求还款，但是如果出借人在借款人出具借条后的20年内没有主张权利的，诉讼时效不再起算。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十八条
