释义	法律分析: 不可抗力的范围一般包括因战争、敌对行动(无论是否宣战)、入侵、外敌行为、军事政变、恐怖主义、骚动、暴动、空中飞行物坠落或其他非合同双方当事人责任或原因造成的罢工、停工、爆炸、火灾等，以及当地气象、地震、卫生等部门规定的情形。双方当事人应当在合同专用条款中明确约定不可抗力的范围以及具体的判断标准。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十条因不可抗力不能履行民事义务的，不承担民事责任。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。不可抗力是不能预见、不能避免且不能克服的客观情况。
