释义	法律分析：两者的概念不同。民事行为无效指已经成立的民事行为，严重欠缺民事行为的生效要件，因而自始、绝对地不按照行为人设立、变更、终止民事法律关系的意思表示发生预期效力的民事行为。合同无效指合同虽然已经成立，但因欠缺合同生效要件，其在内容和形式上违反了强制性规定和社会公共利益，因此确认为无效。法律依据：《民法典》第一百四十六条，行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
