释义	1、遗嘱人欲立代书遗嘱时，首先应邀请两名以上见证人到场，并请其中一人为其代笔书写遗嘱(即代书人);2、由遗嘱人口述遗嘱，代书人作记录;3、遗嘱正文代书完成后，要注明年、月、日，最好也注明地点;4、代书人向遗嘱人和其他见证人宣读记录即遗嘱全文，或者传阅(在遗嘱人不识字的情况下应宣读)，并经遗嘱人确认后，遗嘱人、代书人、见证人应全部签名。5、代书遗嘱完成后交于执行人保管，也可遗嘱人自行保管。法律依据《民法典》第一千一百三十五条
