释义	法律分析：两个省都有户口是违法的。一个人只能有一个户口，如果出现有两个户口只要不是当事人恶意造假，不会追究责任。但是公安机关如果发现重户情况，就必须注销其中一个，一般在注销之前会征询当事人意见确定保留哪一方的户口。若为恶意造假，公安机关会依法给予治安管理处罚或者追究刑事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第六条公民应当在经常居住的地方登记为常住人口，一个公民只能在一个地方登记为常住人口。
