释义	法律分析: 《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第三十九条旅馆、饭店、影剧院、娱乐场、运动场、展览馆或者其他供社会公众活动的场所的经营管理人员，违反安全规定，致使该场所有发生安全事故危险，经公安机关责令改正，拒不改正的，处五日以下拘留。法律依据: 《旅馆业治安管理办法》第六条旅馆接待旅客住宿必须登记。登记时，应当查验旅客的身份证件，按规定的项目如实登记。接待境外旅客住宿，还应当在24小时内向当地公安机关报送住宿登记表。
