释义	只要是具有完全民事行为能力人的赠与人自愿将自己的合法财产赠与受赠人，且受赠人自愿接收赠与的，则因此签订的赠与合同就是有效的合同；反之如果不符合上述条件的，则赠与合同就是无效的。【法律依据】《民法典》第六百五十七条，赠与合同是赠与人将自己的财产无偿给予受赠人，受赠人表示接受赠与的合同。
