释义	法律分析：直系血亲，是指和自己有直接血缘关系的亲属（具有生与被生关系）。包括生出自己的长辈（父母，祖父母，外祖父母以及更上的长辈）和自己生出来的晚辈（子女，孙子女，外孙子女以及更下的直接晚辈）。旁系血亲是相对直系血亲而言的，它指与自己具有间接血缘关系的亲属，即除直系血亲以外的、与自己同出一源的血亲。根据我国民法典的规定，直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲是不可以结婚的。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零四十八条直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚。
