实习期能不能跑高速

法律主观：
实习期 可以上高速，但要有一个三年及三年以上经验的驾驶员陪同，粘贴实习标志。一般不建议新手司机上高速，由于驾驶经验不娴熟，开车遇到突发的情况不能及时处理，造成不必要的损失。
法律客观：
《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第六十五条 第二款规定：驾驶人在实习期内驾驶机动车上高速公路行驶，应当由持相应或者更高准驾车型驾驶证三年以上的驾驶人陪同。陪同的驾驶人应乘坐在副驾驶位置，对实习驾驶人进行指导。无驾驶员陪同或陪同驾驶员不符合要求的，将被处200元罚款。
