释义	法律分析：依法办理结婚登记的夫妻，享受婚假十五日。婚假原则上应在职工本人结婚时享受，如遇特殊情况需另行安排时间休婚假的，经单位领导同意，在办理结婚登记之日后十二个月内休完。按照规定所休的婚假的假期，原则上应当连续使用(单位同意的除外)，假期中包括公休日和国家法定节假日。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十一条劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。
