释义	法律分析：用人单位和劳动者之间的关系是相互制约的，员工旷工后就要受到惩罚。旷工离职有工资。劳动者旷工离职属于严重违反了公司的规章制度，公司有权和劳动者解除劳动合同，结束劳动关系。虽然没有补偿和赔偿，但是劳动者的工资还是需要正常支付的。如果公司不给劳动者发送工资，那么劳动者可以向仲裁机构提起劳动仲裁，维护自己的合法权利。法律依据：《劳动合同法》第九十条规定，动者违反本法规定解除劳动合同，或者违反劳动合同中约定的保密义务或者竞业限制，给用人单位造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
