释义	法律分析：集体合同有期限限制，通常为1年，最多不会超过3年。劳动保障行政部门自收到企业报送的集体合同及符合要求的有关材料后，在15日内作出审查意见；15日内未提出异议的，集体合同即行生效。生效日为集体合同的期限起始日。法律依据：《集体合同规定》第三十八条集体合同或专项集体合同期限一般为1至3年，期满或双方约定的终止条件出现，即行终止。集体合同或专项集体合同期满前3个月内，任何一方均可向对方提出重新签订或续订的要求。
