释义	法律分析：涉及用户的停气、降压工程，不宜在夜间恢复供气。除紧急事故外，停气及恢复供气应当事先通知用户。法律依据：《城镇燃气管理条例》第二十一条有下列情况之一的，燃气管理部门应当采取措施，保障燃气用户的正常用气：（一）管道燃气经营者临时调整供气量或者暂停供气未及时恢复正常供气的；（二）管道燃气经营者因突发事件影响供气未采取紧急措施的；（三）燃气经营者擅自停业、歇业的；（四）燃气管理部门依法撤回、撤销、注销、吊销燃气经营许可的。
