释义	法律分析：夫妻俩婚后的财产既然已经事先公证给了一方，就属于这一方当事人个人合法拥有的财产，权益受法律保护。离婚时，经过公证的财产归登记人个人所有，不参与共有财产的的分割分配。夫妻俩离婚时，需要双方协议分割分配属于两人共有的财产，不能分割分配属于一方个人合法拥有的财产。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十五条男女双方可以约定婚姻关系存续期间所得的财产以及婚前财产归各自所有、共同所有或者部分各自所有、部分共同所有。约定应当采用书面形式。
