释义	法律分析：根据法国政府网站22日报道，经法国参议院和国民议会审议通过，法国总统马克龙于4月21日正式签字，中法驾照互认换领法正式上升为法国法律，于22日在《宪报》公布。至此，法国正式走完国内法律程序，中法驾照互认将于90天后生效。法律依据：《中法驾照互认协议》第三十八条在对方国家居留超过一年的，双方驾驶证实现免试互换。一方公民或常驻人员持本国驾驶证和翻译件，以及护照、签证或者居留证件，可以直接免试换领对方国家驾驶证。免试换领的驾驶证准驾车型包括小型汽车和摩托车。
