释义	被不起诉人向人民检察院提出申诉的，人民检察院在接到申诉后，必须认真进行复查，并作出复查决定。如果是人民检察院自侦的案件，人民检察院应当将复查决定通知被不起诉人。如果是公安机关移送的案件，人民检察院在通知被不起诉人的同时，应当将复查决定抄送移送起诉的公安机关。
