释义	律师分析: 亲生子女不可以和父母断绝关系，目前我国没有关于断绝父子关系的相关法律规定，也就是说父母子女关系是不能断绝的，即使双方签订了断绝父母子女关系的协议也是无效，不能因为签署了该协议而免除抚养义务赡养义务以及继承权。【法律依据】: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十四条父母与子女间的关系，不因父母离婚而消除。离婚后，子女无论由父或母直接抚养，仍是父母双方的子女。离婚后，父母对于子女仍有抚养和教育的权利和义务。
