释义	警在采集闯红灯违法信息时，一般必须至少有三张照片做佐证，分别在车辆过线前，过线后和驶入路口。在刚过线司机没有继续移动车辆保持原状，交管部门就不会认定为闯灯。一般情况下，是不会算闯红灯的。《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第十五条第十五条规定，路口黄灯闪烁时，已经越过停止线的车辆可以继续通行。如果黄灯已经亮起，还继续抢行通过，那此时也算闯红灯。抢黄灯行为属于违反道路交通信号灯通行，对驾驶人处20元以上200元以下罚款，记6分。
