释义	法律分析：我国法律目前没有明确规定破产宣告的时间。法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第一百零七条人民法院依照本法规定宣告债务人破产的，应当自裁定作出之日起五日内送达债务人和管理人，自裁定作出之日起十日内通知已知债权人，并予以公告。债务人被宣告破产后，债务人称为破产人，债务人财产称为破产财产，人民法院受理破产申请时对债务人享有的债权称为破产债权。
