释义	法律分析： 2020年11月20日起新交规法规定考了B2驾照从原来的满3年才能增驾A2挂车驾照改为只要满2年就可以申请报考增驾A2挂车驾照。法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第十九条驾驶机动车，应当依法取得机动车驾驶证。初次申请机动车驾驶证，应当填写申请表，并提交以下证明： (一)申请人的身份证明； (二)县级或者部队团级以上医疗机构出具的有关身体条件的证明。属于申请残疾人专用小型自动挡载客汽车的，应当提交经省级卫生主管部门指定的专门医疗机构出具的有关身体条件的证明。
