释义	法律分析：企业是不会自行注销的。除非破产，注销，倒闭，法人是不会去世（逝）的。去世的是法人代表人，法人代表人去逝了，依法、依企业章程或隶属管理关系变更即可。法律依据：《公司法》第七十六条自然人股东死亡后，其合法继承人可以继承股东资格；但是，公司章程另有规定的除外。注销公司，也就是公司解散，不是由法定代表人决定，应当经过股东大会代表三分之二以上表决权的股东通过，所以法人代表人，不影响注销公司。
