释义	法律分析：我国央行再次发布新规，将采取试点的方式开展大额现金管理规定。自今年7月至12月，央行将先后在河北、浙江和深圳三个地方开展大额资金管理试点计划。自7月开始，河北率先进行了大额资金管理的试点。试点实行中，对于大额现金流通规定了一条“控制线‘，即对公账户50万，对私账户10万。法律依据：《中华人民共和国商业银行法》第六条商业银行应当保障存款人的合法权益不受任何单位和个人的侵犯。
