释义	法律分析：通常情况下，当事人对于质量保修金的返还期限有一定的相关约定的，通常都会以约定为准。对于没有约定或者是约定不是很明确的，在缺陷责任期满后，发包人应当将质量保修金退还给承包人，通常是说发包人退还质量保修金从建设工程验收合格之日起，两年内支付给承包人的保修金。法律依据：《建设工程法规及相关知识》建设工程质量保证金是指在建设工程承包合同中约定，从应付的工程款中预留，用以保证承包人在缺陷责任期内，对建设工程出现的缺陷进行维修的资金。
