释义	法律分析：明知他人有配偶而与之以夫妻名义同居生活的，应当按重婚罪定罪处罚。与已婚的女人同居一般不属于犯罪,但两者以夫妻的名义共同居住的,就会构成重婚罪,会被法院判刑的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
