释义	一个月只休息四天不合法。国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。用人单位应当保证劳动者每周至少休息一日。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十八条用人单位应保证劳动者每周休息至少一天。只要每天工作不超过八小时，每周工作不超过四十小时。我们认为是合法的，劳动合同法没有强制规定，每周怎么休：但对于至少休一天，必须连续24小时特点，此有规定。假如放假中每天休息不是24小时，则不算休息一天。
