释义	刑事不公开审理，宣判也应当一律公开。任何案件，除非涉及国家安全及未成年人案件（涉及个人隐私、商业秘密的需申请），审理过程一律向社会公开，普通公民经申请均可旁听；任何案件，不论是否公开审理，案件的判决一律公开宣告。【法律依据】《刑事诉讼法》第二百零二条宣告判决，一律公开进行。当庭宣告判决的，应当在五日以内将判决书送达当事人和提起公诉的人民检察院；定期宣告判决的，应当在宣告后立即将判决书送达当事人和提起公诉的人民检察院。判决书应当同时送达辩护人、诉讼代理人。
