释义	法律分析：没有约定合同有效期限或约定不明确的，则应视为无限期合同，如果双方无法协议解除，又不存在法定解除情形的，合同将无限期地约束双方，任何一方不得擅自变更或解除合同。如果因不可抗力致使不能实现合同目的、当事人一方迟延履行主要债务，经催告后在合理期限内仍未履行的等可以行使法定解除权。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百六十二条当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
