释义	法律分析：无效。《中华人民共和国民法典》明确规定，夫妻有互相扶养的义务，即使是再婚夫妻也是合法的婚姻关系，很显然协议约定互不扶养是违反法律的规定，当然无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：(一)行为人具有相应的民事行为能力;(二)意思表示真实;(三)不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。第一千零五十九条夫妻有相互扶养的义务。需要扶养的一方，在另一方不履行扶养义务时，有要求其给付扶养费的权利。
