上海居住证转户口需要什么条件 |

根据《持有〈上海市居住证〉人员申办上海市常住户口试行办法》的通知，符合条件的来沪创业、就业人员均可通过申请以获得上海户籍：1、持《上海市居住证》满7年。2、持证期间按规定参加上海市城镇社会保险满7年。3、持证期间依法在上海市缴纳所得税。4、在上海市被聘任为中级及以上专业技术职务或者具有技师(国家二级以上职业资格证书)以上职业资格，且专业及工种对应。5、无违反国家及上海市计划生育政策规定行为、治安管理处罚以上违法犯罪记录及其他方面的不良行为记录。同时，持证人员符合下列条件之一的，可以优先申办上海市常住户口：1、在上海市作出重大贡献并获得相应奖励，或在上海市被评聘为高级专业技术职务或高级技师（国家一级职业资格证书）且专业、工种与所聘岗位相符的，可不受持证及参保年限的限制。2、在上海市远郊地区的教育、卫生等岗位工作满5年的，持证及参保年限可缩短至5年。3、最近连续3年在上海市缴纳城镇社会保险基数高于上海市上年度职工平均工资2倍以上的，或者最近连续3年计税薪酬收入高于上年同行业中级技术、技能或管理岗位年均薪酬收入水平的，技术管理和关键岗位人员可不受专业技术职务或职业资格等级的限制。
