释义	公司更名后以前的合同是有效的，企业更名对合同的效率没有什么影响，原合同依然对双方当事人具有法律效力，双方当事人也不能以此为理由拒绝履行签订的合同中约定的义务。企业更名不属于合同无效的法定情形，合同自始有效。法律依据《民法典》第五百三十二条，合同生效后，当事人不得因姓名、名称的变更或者法定代表人、负责人、承办人的变动而不履行合同义务。
