债权人死亡债务人还用还债吗？
释义
法律分析：
债务不因一方当事人死亡而消灭。债权可以继承，同样债务也是可以继承的。遗产是公民死亡时遗留的个人合法财产，债权人死亡，债务依然存在，债务人仍然需要清偿欠款，只是其还款对象变成了债权人的继承人罢了。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百六十一条
继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。
继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任
