释义	我国刑法没有规定串通销售非法商标罪，规定了非法销售非法制造的注册商标标识罪。犯此罪的，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处或者单处罚金；情节特别严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百一十五条伪造、擅自制造他人注册商标标识或者销售伪造、擅自制造的注册商标标识，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处或者单处罚金；情节特别严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
