释义	法律分析：委托人跟律师签订委托书时一般都是签订两份，诉讼时一份交给法院，一份律师留存。委托人跟律师签订委托代理合同（即收费协议）时，必须签订两份，由委托方在两份合同上签字按指印，律师在两份合同上签字并加盖律师所公章，然后交委托人一份，律师所留存一份。待委托事项处理完毕之后，律师所会将委托书、委托代理合同以及案件卷宗一起存档备案。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百一十九条委托合同是委托人和受托人约定，由受托人处理委托人事务的合同。
